Enjoy an exclusive painting experience in a creative gallery atmosphere.

Learn professional techniques in how to use gauche paint like watercolours to paint local native flowers. You will learn how build up your image using layers of paint and brush work that are easy to master and will inspire. Absolutely no experience needed, just expect a relaxing evening playing with paint!

You will leave with your own framed painting created with professional quality paints supported by professional artists.

Workshop costs includes a glass of wine on arrival, an individual cheese platter and all materials.

About the Artists

Kylie Coomblas is currently Artist In Residence at Port Pirie Regional Art Gallery. She is undertaking a Degree in Visual Art through Curtin University. Kylie is also our resident tutor for the After School Art Classes and Summer Holiday Kids Program.

Ebony Rodda is the Community Development Coordinator for Port Pirie Regional Council. Ebony is an experienced artist and graduated from Adelaide Central School of Art, with a Bachelor of Visual Art. Ebony is skilled in using oils, acrylic, gauche and water colour paint in her landscapes and still life.
