Terms and Conditions

• Artwork should be delivered to the gallery by Friday 17th November unless via alternative arrangement.
• Each artwork must be labeled with artist name, school year and age and a suitable contact phone number for collection.
• Artworks must be picked up from the gallery 4 December unless via alternative arrangement.
• The gallery will not be held responsible for any artworks not picked by this date.  

What we can display

Any artwork made in the last 12 months as part of school projects, artworks created for SACE Exams, school or private art classes, youth and community group art and craft activities.

• Artworks must be suitable for all ages.
• 2 D framed artworks with D rings (paintings, photographs, works on paper)
• 3D artworks, such as sculpture, ceramics, woodwork, mixed media, textiles, jewellery, craft, design projects,
• Short format video (.MP4 files delivered on a formatted USB) animations, or short films.
• Lightweight wall installations (through prior arrangement),

Condition of entry for framed artworks

• All framed 2 D artworks must have D- rings, you can obtain D rings from the gallery support staff at the Tourism and Arts Centre Front counter. Please phone the Tourism Ans Arts Center ahead to let us know how many you require. 
• Please note the gallery will not be responsible for installing the D Rings on your framed artworks, you must have them on your artworks prior to delivery.
