Yunkintjarra Mirning artist Annette Laurie Dodd Walyingka is one of our featured SALA Artists. She has been painting since the 90’s. In 2017 Dodd received Highly Commended in the Country Arts SA Regional Our Mob Emerging Category. Annette paints her connections to Culture and Country and some of her pieces have been collaborative works with family members.
The detail in Annette’s paintings takes many hours of work to achieve.

Her work is now on show as part of the @salafestival exhibition ‘Artists from the Mid North’ until September 4th.
